Belfast Books 2.0 Limited (company NI739979), 112 York Road, Belfast BT15 3HF, Northern Ireland, is the data controller. We use your details to run the members' scanner and your orders, which is our contract with you, and, only if you tick a box, to send you our own news, which is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email sales@belfastbooks.co.uk. Your details are kept on our shop system (Shopify) and, if you tick a box, on our mailing system (ClickFunnels). We keep them while you stay in touch and delete them after six months without a purchase, a scan, or an email opened or clicked. If you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on our do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again. Records of what you bought and when are kept for six years because HMRC requires it. We never sell or share your details. Email sales@belfastbooks.co.uk to see, change or delete what we hold.
