We use your details to run self-checkout and your orders, which is our contract with you, and, only if you tick a box, to send you our own news, which is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email sales@belfastbooks.co.uk. Your details are kept on our shop system (Shopify) and, if you tick a box, on our mailing system (ClickFunnels). We keep them while you stay in touch and delete them after six months without a purchase, a scan, or an email opened or clicked. If you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on our do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again. Records of what you bought and when are kept for six years because HMRC requires it.
